Live from Phuket

Congrats to NUSSOC2 for getting 2nd in the Phuket regionals and as a result they should be able to qualify for world finals again. We ran out of luck this time and couldn't see a key point in a question. We were so close to getting 2nd (and hence upholding my promise to Steven that we will solve 7 questions).

On the other hand, we were the second team to solve the first question and one of the only 2 teams who managed to solve a very tedious to code question (in fact we spent 2h on that problems with 2 coders working on it).
