A year later...
It has been a year since I've ORD! I still can remember vividly how that day went through. Obama won the presidential election and his victory speech was extremely inspiring...

Now, it's a matter of whether he lives up to expectations. And a lot of people are wondering how long he can last as a president, not because he might not win the second term, but because he might get assassinated very soon (Yes, lots of speculation on this).
So far, if I rmbr correctly, there's two attempted assassination of Obama to date; and he is not president yet! The first attempt was discovered by pure coincidence... Imagine!
Also, near riot/actual riot from this side of the world.
I think that things are probably worse had McCain won.
Viewed live coverage during history lecture time. Lots of cheering. But his speech was too lengthy. PA is a Republican state ne? Amused at the number of swing states, including FL.
